North Island is a natural barrier island located between mainland Mayani and the Atlantic Ocean. It is located north from South Island and westwards from the smaller Palm Island and Coco Island. North Island is also a district in the city of Mayani Beach. North Island exists of a single neighbourhood also known as North Beach.
