North Island is a natural barrier island located between mainland Mayani and the Atlantic Ocean in northern Mangrove Bay. It is located north from South Island and westwards from the smaller Palm Island and Coco Island. North Island is also a district in the city of Mayani Beach. North Island exists of a single neighborhood also known as North Beach. North Island is primarily based on the northern Miami Beach neighborhood of North Beach.
