North Beach is a neighbourhood in Mayani Beach. It is the northernmost neighbourhood in the city and is located on North Island. It is bordered to the west with Palm Island and to Oceanview across the river southwards on South Island. North Beach is based on the real-life North Beach in Miami Beach.
